Boot Bands Military - When I first started teaching as Principal Instructor, I wore the Army Combat Uniform (pictured below) until I reached my goal of wearing the standard solid blue tactical uniform while teaching (see above).
Years ago, when I was in the Air Force, I bought trouser weights to give my combat uniform pants a "rectangular" look. I appreciate the look and uniformity. If you want to do it too, please come with me:

First pull up your pants, put on your boots, lacing and tucking in your laces. Then pull your pants up to your boots.

Then pull the leg up so that the toe is 2 to 6 inches above the boot. This is something you should evaluate on your own: you need long legs to start with, and you need to see what works for you based on that length. You'll see what I mean in a minute.
Now place the blouse strap (pictured) or blouse band (the little green thing with the metal hook) around your leg just above the boot. Note: Some people prefer to wear a blouse tape and put it on their boots so it doesn't feel like their circulation is cut off.
This is what I use for weight. When I was in the US Air Force, I wrapped it in transparent tape and had tens of pennies in it because kettlebells are actually 4 inches wide and stay around my calves when I sit down. I cut it in half and used 2 halves, but lost some of the weight, hence the money.
After pulling on your pants and fastening the buckles and buttons, reach down and out to spread the material for the best presentation.

Here we have a more square view. I no longer use pennies as weights, so you can see that even though the blouse is more horizontal, there is still some material that can bulk up.

Blouses, bootlaces, or blouse straps are classic elastic additions that are handy for holding loose fabrics in place so you can easily carry out all your physical activities without restraint. More often used in military uniforms, blouse shoes give an edgy and rugged look and protect your trousers or trousers from dirt and mud. This accessory is worn by both men and women and keeps trousers in place without blocking blood circulation in the ankle area.

On any other warrior, you can see these puffs, which are considered a standard part of their attire. In fact, you will be surprised to know that properly fitting boots is considered an essential requirement for military personnel, and it is important for them to learn how to properly lace up boots. Not only them, people who like outdoor activities like hiking or hunting usually do the same and see blouses as a comfortable activity.
But why is it important? One great reason is to make sure that when you are outdoors, dirt or grime doesn't get into your boots and make you uncomfortable. Plus, the blouse prevents harmful insects from getting into your shoes, which can become toxic when you're out and about in remote areas.
Not only them, blouses are also needed for other reasons. This can prevent cold air from outside getting into your pants in winter. Air gets into the pants, which helps keep them warm. Lastly, by wearing just a blouse, you can achieve a cleaner, tidier look that you can't ignore.
Now let's look at some simple tricks that will help you master this useful skill. In the following paragraphs, we'll introduce you to a basic technique for creating the perfect curvaceous area on top of boots.

I find this to be one of the quickest and lightest ways to sew your boots. Using a belt for a blouse, you will not only keep out the cold, but also prevent insects from getting into the boots. If you find straps distracting, don't worry, they are the most comfortable to wear as they are designed specifically for this purpose.
Blouses are very easy to put on and are used by many (if not all) military personnel. This particular method keeps your pants from moving out of place, relaxing you!
The next way is to button up your boots using special trousers specially designed for them. The Battle Dress Uniform pants are quite durable and great for any kind of damage. If you are someone who is interested in outdoor activities such as hunting or hiking, then you can really invest in these pants. But what's so special about these boots? Well, the pants come with two layers of fabric. The inner layer has blouse ties, while the outer layer easily covers the blouse boots.
Combat suit pants are another quick way to zip up your boots. Perfect for military and outdoor use, they provide extra convenience as you don't have to worry about buying extra accessories.

If you're not looking to buy pants, then this option is for you. This method requires dedication, but is much more comfortable than an elastic blouse. The blouse straps help keep the pants in place perfectly.
While you shouldn't worry about your pants coming off, there are some downsides to this technique, such as you can't get the typical or correct balloon shape after the blouse, which can be uncomfortable. Plus, the collars stay open when you wear garter boots, leaving your boots vulnerable to debris and insects.
Pro Tip: Always look for adjustable straps and try wearing thick socks that cover most of your calves along with a blouse.
If you can't get the solution above, just follow the simplest method: tuck your pants inside the collar of your boots and you will get almost the same result, but of course it's not the most effective method. your shoe zip, which is why it's always a last resort.
How Military Pants Should Fit: Complete Size Guide
As previously mentioned, this is not a very effective method and your pants can slip out of your boots over and over again. However, if you don't have the right blouse accessories, this can be an effective method of keeping dirt out.
Getting your boots on is an important useful skill, and whether you use them or not, learning them is a challenge in itself. Learning the above methods is helpful because you never know when you might need a blouse for your boots. So just follow our guide, keep dirt and bugs off your feet, and move around freely.
